Brand new for 2022, Bordeaux Fusion will be heading to Edinburgh this June, offering wine trade professionals an opportunity to explore the versatility of modern Bordeaux wines and how well they partner with non-traditional food-pairings.
At this intimate training session, accredited Bordeaux tutor Paul Quinn, will be pouring modern reds, dry whites, crémant, rosé and sweet wine alongside exquisite Japanese dishes, showcasing how well these wines can pair with unexpected cuisines.
After a short introduction to Bordeaux, its history, appellations and an update on modern Bordeaux today, you'll have the chance to discover how the diversity of Japanese flavours can rival those found in Bordeaux wines.
The session is free to attend and will last 90 minutes, so whether you're a sommelier, waiting staff, work in retail, or sales/marketing for a distributer or wholesaler, if you work in wine, this is an event you won't want to miss.
